Upmost commitment and professionalism throughout entire project and all aspects of communication. If, on any particular day we have a hold up for any reason (usually weather!!!) you will be notified so you can be sure we are always committed to your project.
Clean and tidy
We endeavor to keep your property as tidy as possible throughout the excavation and construction process. Materials delivered and worked on during the day will be placed to minimize disruption to access. Tools generally will be taken at the end of each day or stored onsite in safe manner. When possible we will take off-cuts and waste as they accumulate to minimize build up.
Superior workmanship
Absolute care and tidy workmanship right down to unseen construction (hidden framework, compaction of subsoils etc…) and placement of simple things that people notice. This includes sanding, rounding of sharp edges, consistent measurement of bolting/nailing and gapping, and correct plumbing and leveling of structures/falls for water runoff etc…

All materials provided conform with all applicable building codes and are constructed in accordance with high quality practices.
