CONSULTATION WALK AND TALK
Up to two and a half hours with our construction expert to talk about what can be built. We listen to your ideas and integrate them with our experience and extensive photo album of various construction projects to come up with a practical solution. We leave you with a CD of our photo album, discussion documents and sketching, and building guides if you wanted to do the work yourself or we can price the work for our team of experts to install.
CONCEPT DRAWING
A concept drawing is a visual guide, not to scale, but to proportion of what you can achieve with your outdoor area. Your concept drawing is drawn in office after an in home consultation and diagnosis of your requirements. The concept drawing is a great start to ensure competitive pricing from other contractors so everyone is pricing off the same idea, ease of construction and an opportunity for you to see how your outdoor haven would really work with your family and personal requirements.
SCALE DRAWINGS, COUNCIL CONSENTS
Accurate levels and measurements are taken of your section for our design team to bring together scale plans that solve the requirements of your brief.
Our experienced designer undertakes working drawings appropriate for council submission, scale drawings in plan view and artistic flair for elevation drawings.
PLANTING LISTS
Plant lists of species that will grow best in each area of your garden. Our plant lists come with height and spread once mature so you can easily work out spacing and placement.
Your plant list is accompanied with easy to follow planting, soil improvement reccomendations specific to your property, mulching, staking, composting, spraying and more guides developed from the qualified team at TOE - this will see you on the way to your Garden of Eden and ensure that the plants selected thrive and survive.
